Dear
[FirstName1,fallback=Sir or Madam]
We
are experiencing exciting times at Wireless CCTV, with all
departments developing innovative solutions in order to
constantly improve our customers' experience.
Wireless CCTV's new 3G
Nano prototype received rave reviews during
HOSDB 2009 and we are very excited about
the many covert and body-worn (overt or covert) surveillance
applications that this new device has to offer.
Not only has our New Product Development department
been very active lately, but the Customer Training Department
has recently launched its new Interactive Setup
and Training CDRoms for WCCTV users. This allows
WCCTV customers to immediately and easily setup
WCCTV equipment by following the steps described
in this interactive multimedia application. The training
section allows users to start using their equipment efficiently
in just a couple of hours.
Over
the next months, you can meet up with Wireless CCTV representatives
at the various national and international events
where we are exhibiting. Come and discover our
latest technological advances and the many ways in which
Wireless CCTV can help you achieve your surveillance objectives.
In
this edition however, we would also like to focus on the
way you, our customers and newsletter subscribers, would
rather keep in touch with us. We would like to know from
yourselves which online media channels you use
in order to stay informed and which (social) media channels
you would like to see Wireless CCTV use more intensively?
“We are really looking forward to your feedback!”

microblogs, social networking sites, photo and video sharing
sites becoming more popular by the day, at Wireless CCTV
we would like to make sure we communicate the way you
want us to.
In your opinion which of the following should we use to
communicate new product launches, events, new support and
customer relations applications, etc?
