WCCTV 3G Overt Body-Worn Surveillance
The new WCCTV 3G Body-Worn Overt Surveillance Solution has been developed in order to satisfy the ever growing demand for body-worn surveillance equipment. Wireless CCTV has taken on-board the feedback from its customers and has created a much smaller body-worn surveillance package that can be integrated into many different types of tactical vests.
The WCCTV surveillance equipment can now be completely dissimulated in the inside pockets of a tactical vest, not only demonstrating the modest size of the actual WCCTV kit , but also allowing agents to use all the external storage pockets as they would usually do.
How it Works
The WCCTV 3G Body-Worn Surveillance's central unit uses a robust Compact Flash card (up to 32GB) for digital evidential quality recording of agents' video and audio footage.
Wireless CCTV also provides its customers with dedicated high-capacity battery packs .
Any camera can be used with WCCTV's Body-Worn Surveillance Solutions. The shown headcam is currently the most often supplied type of camera.
Additionally, Wireless CCTV can integrate options such as a Panic Alarm Button , a GPS receiver or a microphone .
Using 3G mobile phone technology, images and sound can be remotely monitored by a supervisor , who can evaluate the situation in real-time and despatch assistance or advise the agent on possible courses of action.
Methods of Transmission
Every WCCTV product contains 3G technology , plus an additional transmission medium to maximise flexibility and portability. This unique approach provides the ability to transmit fluid, high-resolution images wirelessly without geographical restrictions, making WCCTV equipment ideal for mobile and covert operations.
