The Planning Coordinator Role Overview:

  • Planning the installation and decommissioning of WCCTV towers across the UK.
  • Liaising with the field engineering team to plan and arrange service visits.
  • Booking external transport and contractors.
  • Working with the sales team to ensure the accuracy of all information prior to installation.
  • Coordinating customer communication to make them aware of the site going live and the processes involved.
  • Updating data within the departmental systems – always ensuring accuracy.
  • Providing accurate stock allocation & return within the system.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001

Your Experience:

  • 1 year experience working in a similar planning role is essential.
  • 1 year experience working in an administrative role.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Office 365.
  • Outstanding customer service credentials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a busy and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work within a team.
