Employees from Wireless CCTV have donated urgently needed food item to Rochdale Foodbank to support local people in need over the Christmas period.
Rochdale foodbank is a project founded by local churches and community groups, working together towards stopping hunger in the local area.
The foodbank started in 2012 with £400 and 6 people and expanded quickly. With the support of the local community, it provides three days’ of nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to them in a crisis.
Wireless CCTV employees were able to raise an incredible total of 142.10 kg of the most urgently needed food items required by the foodbank which will immediately go to those who need it the most.
