Apprenticeship: Customer Support
Current Role: Service and Refuel Team Leader
I chose to do an apprenticeship to build my knowledge, learn new essential skills and gain experience in a professional working environment, coupled with the opportunity to earn as I learn.
WCCTV offered a strong support network throughout their apprenticeship schemes and explained that I would be a great asset for WCCTV as my day-to-day duties would not be limited due to being an apprentice.
Every colleague I have encountered whilst on my apprenticeship at WCCTV has been exceptionally friendly and they are always happy to offer support and advice.
This meant that I could gain vital real-world experience within a fast-paced workplace and gain qualifications to pursue a career in the future.
I liaise with customers daily for incidents, footage requests or site visits; therefore, everything I am learning on my apprenticeship is implemented in my day-to-day job role.
I have learned a lot while working for WCCTV, and I look forward to completing my apprenticeship, learning more skills and growing with the Company.
I would advise anyone who is unsure about doing an apprenticeship that WCCTV is a great Company to start expanding your knowledge of a real working environment and to gain personal skills to help with future endeavours.
