A team of walkers from WCCTV took on the Yorkshire Three Peaks on August 7th to raise funds for Springhill Hospice.
Despite some fairly atrocious weather conditions, our band of hardy walkers completed the 24 mile, 1585m ascent of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in one day.
As it stands, the team have raised over £5,100 for Springhill Hospice, a local charity that is close to the heart of many WCCTV employees.
Springhill Hospice provides the highest standard of palliative care for patients in Rochdale facing life-limiting illnesses, as well as supporting their families, friends and carers.
The Hospice relies on the generosity of donors and must raise £7,500 every day to continue providing their vital services.
