The councillor was accompanied by two members of Rochdale Business Development Agency.
The visit comprised of a tour of WCCTV’s premises at Kingsway Business Park, where the MP had the opportunity to meet WCCTV employees, including apprentices, production team members and those responsible for developing and delivering WCCTV's range of redeployable CCTV, site security and body worn cameras.
Following the tour, the Councillor and his party were given a presentation, delivered by WCCTV's CEO David Gilbertson, in which he outlined the Company's rapid growth and expansion since the Company moved to its purpose-built headquarters on Kingsway Business Park, Rochdale, Greater Manchester.
Also on the agenda was a discussion of WCCTV's commitment to its local area, specifically, a commitment to developing staff, recruiting and investing in apprentices and student placements and the Company's ongoing support of local charities including Rochdale Food Bank and Springhill Hospice.
