Junior Field Engineer – CCTV

Location: Luton

Salary: Start as a junior field engineer on £25,000 per annum, with 6 months of training and development your salary will increase to £28,000.

As a Junior Field Engineer, you will:

  • Assist the team with the installation, servicing and diagnosing faults in our CCTV Systems.
  • Be continuously learning and developing to understand the programming and overall assembly of our products.
  • Test products, including remedial fault analysis and provide technical support.
  • Recommend the location of site security through a site survey and utilise your knowledge of the products.
  • Always maintain your vehicle and part-take in internal inspections.
  • Promote best practices by adhering to health and safety standards.

  • Annual Starting Salary of £25,000 increasing to £28,000 upon 6 months of service and a successful probationary period.

Your Experience:

  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
  • Manual dexterity – the ability to assemble and fix electronic equipment to a prescribed standard.
  • Experience in testing and diagnosing problems in electrical equipment.
  • Team Player, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong 'can do' attitude.
  • Attention to detail and providing a quality service, a right first time approach.
