Salary Range: £28000 - £32000

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Systems Improvement Coordinator to help us improve how we work by making better use of our SugarCRM system. This role is all about finding smarter ways to do things, using technology to reduce manual tasks and make our processes more efficient.

The Systems Improvement Coordinator Role Overview:

CRM Optimisation (SugarCRM):

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM configurations or customisations.
• Monitor CRM usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows within SugarCRM.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective system adoption.

Automation & Process Improvement:

• Identify manual, repetitive tasks across departments and propose automation solutions.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Stay informed about new features and updates in SugarCRM that could benefit the business.

Project Management:

• Lead or support cross-functional projects focused on systems improvement.
• Document processes, changes, and best practices.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The Benefits:

Annual Salary of £28,000-£32,000

Your Experience

• Understanding of how business processes work and how technology can help improve them.
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and suggest practical solutions.
• Comfortable working with data and producing clear, useful reports.
• Strong communication skills – able to explain ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to translate business needs into system improvements.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Confident working with different teams and building positive working relationships.
