Operations Support Administrator

Weekends 16 Hours per week: £10,200 per annum

Saturday OR Sunday 8 Hours per week; £5,100 per annum

We have opportunities available for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Support Administrator to join us based in Rochdale on a part-time basis.

The hours we have available are

• Saturdays & Sundays 16 hours per week
• Saturday 8 hours per week
• Sunday 8 hours per week

The successful candidate can expect to receive comprehensive training, coaching, and support.

You will play a crucial role in coordinating customer communication and ensuring smooth operations. If you are self-motivated, highly organised, and have a positive “can-do” attitude, we encourage you to apply.

The Operations Support Administrator Overview:

• Responsible for checking and remote rectification of any issues that occur on customer sites
• Administration support to the operations team.
• Investigate any incidents that occur and provide feedback to clients
• To create anti-theft reports from incidents on the daily activity report.
• Provide administration and communication for the WCCTV Heartbeat system
