Supporting Major Contractors Across The UK
Willmott Dixon selected WCCTV to provide a fully managed security and time lapse service during the construction of a new 18-cell custody suite in Llanelli.
With no mains power available at the start of the project, we deployed a Solar Fuel Cell CCTV Tower to deliver autonomous site security. This system provided live and recorded footage, remote monitoring and acted as a visible deterrent from day one.
As the site progressed and power became available, we upgraded the Tower and added static cameras to cover blind spots.
Thanks to the Tower’s secondary video channel, we were also able to integrate a 4K time lapse camera without the need for additional equipment or contractors.
This dual-purpose setup meant Willmott Dixon could monitor progress in real time, protect the site from theft and capture a full visual record of the build for stakeholder reporting and future marketing use.
